I had this happen to me. Horrible practice session with my SW. Was hitting horrible shot after horrible shot. It took me a while but I did finaly notice the large bend in my shaft. Got that swapped out and was smooth sailing.
Of course now when ever I hit a bad shot I look at my shaft
