| I have the Rife blade and mallet. I didn't think it had enough weight for me - even with the heaviest ballasts in them.
If you want a good compromise of a mallet with a smaller profile, the Yes! Marilyn has that capability. It has a lot of weight to it compared to my Rifes (which I still have). I have been doing a lot better ever since I started using it.
