| Unfortunately, what is and what should be are two vastly different things in the eBay world. You can document that the seller misrepresented the clubs, so you eBay SHOULD help you get your money back. But I hear over and over again that in the eBay world you're pretty much on your own.
I would write to the seller and tell them that you don't want to give them negative feedback, but will have no choice if they don't do the right thing by refunding your money. Sometimes that's all it takes. And if I were to send something back to a seller, I would insist on sending it COD - certified funds.
