My grandad got my into golf and he has hit some balls with my irons and he hits them sweetly, so i know it is me. I think it might be because i am not sweeping the ball enough, not making good contact. Like i said, i can hit my wedges really well, but when i try and transfer the same basic swing mechanics to my other irons it just doesn't seem to work. |
OK, so there's nothing wrong with the clubs. You definitely need to get some knowledgable eyes watching you swing. I can't imagine how you could be swinging your other irons so poorly when it sounds like you swing your wedge pretty well.
