| thats some good shooting..how does the handicap system work in the US...
for me I can only go up 0.1 of a stroke in competition and get cut 0.2 of a stroke in competition play....so to get to sub 10 (9.4) I'd need at least 5 rounds of sub 82 with no rounds over 82...
