| Yea, well tbh ive never really used my lower body at all, all my power has come from my shoulders and arms as when i turn my lower body then my head turns a bit and i lose sight of the ball (bridge of my nose blocks it as I cant see from my left eye)...
But ive always been able to hit it long enough with my upper body, but now its gone..... But Kevin (coach), will hopefully set me straight tomorrow.
