| I quit smoking 13 months ago, and I haven't looked back. I didn't do the gum for very long (tried it exactly twice...couldn't stand the taste). Instead, I went with tic-tacs (mostly because I used to smoke menthols), and would just pop a couple whenever I just had a craving.
