| Most people see a dramatic increase in accuracy with a driver shaft heavier than 65g. The harder the swing and the stronger the player, the more this holds true. Shafts only started getting light when OEM's began the quest to make the longest driver. If you can keep the driver on plane and hit it straight with a lighter shaft then go for it. My testing has proven to me without a doubt than 90% of men are far better of with a driver shaft in the 75-85g range.
