| I noticed that same phenomenon when I looked for a $36mm, 40,000 sq.ft. house on 16 acres that's been under construction for over two years. I've been driving by it, and they recently put up a 10 ft. high brick wall around the front and part of the sides of the property. Damn wall cost more than most homes.
It doesn't show up on Google Earth.
