| That's why I don't understand it. I'm not a pilot, but I believe that there is no landing procedure that calls for two planes to land directly in line with each other unless they separated by a good distance. It looked like these two were trying to land close together, which is OK, but only if the runway is wide enough to land two abreast and slightly staggered.
Again, not a pilot, but what I saw them attempt makes no sense to me, since there is no margin for any error at all.
