| Our track has 3 bir orange water coolers (locked up, so there is no access to anythign but the spout) with ice water in them on holes 4,7,12 and 16. These babies are life savers somedays. I usually start the day with a water baottle full of gatorade with a pack of Amino Vital in it, and just refil it at the coolers. I have another dose of the Amino vital on the 12th. Keeps me sharp on the last few holes.
