She's not bad at her job, she just needs to take off the epileptic seizure mask and TALK to the camera. The cameraman has to use a .5 wide angle adapter for her closeups so the audience doesn't get motion sickness from her over-made up, ultra-bleached mannequin-style head bobbing all over the safe area.
