Any good swing thoughts or drills for a "inside-out" swing?

Being a newbie to this game, I suffer from the most common golf disease: the dreaded Slicus Maximus. yes folks, I am incredibly adept at hitting fairways with my swing....too bad its usually the fairway running parallel to the right of the one I am teeing up on!!

Yes I know it can be attributed to a multitude of things in my swing (grip, stance, takeaway etc etc). But all those things being relatively within acceptable parameters, the main reason is because I come "over the top". So the cure is coming from the inside. And to do this, I'll practice exaggerating the inside path just to get my body to accept it.

But I feel that if exaggerate things and swing really from inside out, I'll push it straight out to right. I also realize that with a proper release of the club, the ball will come back around with a nice draw.

See I know all this. But were things get out of wack is the fact that I understand the theory, can't seem to execute it.

So any advice on drills or swing thoughts that will help me ingrain a proper inside out path?

Desperately need it!
