| Ez, past parallel is not as bad as some people make it out to be, it takes a long time to shorten a swing, you need to alter the timing of every other part of your swing to get proper contact which may ne more trouble than it is worth if you are making solid contact with the longer swing. I go past parallel as well with all of my clubs except the wedges, tried shortening it and it really messed with me.
