I've eaten at these. Not on the Riverwalk, but all good choices for different reasons.

La Fogata. A very cool restaurant. Well worth the drive.

For cheap eats that won't let you down, try Habanero Grill. More Tex-Mex, but awesome burritos. A little north of town near the airport.
