| It's probably good for Callway since their bizarre design make it's impossible for a novice to save a shaft from one of thier heads anyway. The shaft prices for the Imix are a bit high, but if you consider the head + say a Whiteboard, that's like $629. That's full retail though. Now buy an FTi tour full retail, have the stock shaft pulled and a Whiteboard put in.... You are actually saving quite a bit with the Imix.
If these things catch on, someone, or several someones, will figure out how to make a fitting for any shaft that is exactly like the Imix one anyway.
My biggest concern would be the durability of the fitting, both on the head and the shaft. How long would Callaway warranty the Imix shafts after original purchase?
