I have been reading about this guy for a while and looking at some of his videos on his site, i am still a bit dubious to its merits, over on GOLFWRX they are divided with many of them saying it has golf machine and stack and tilt elements, it seems to be very upper body reliant to me

He does seem to like himself a bit as well, like he has re-invented the wheel!

I do disagree that Hogan was a RSS (Right Sided Swinger) there are elements but not conclusive proof.
