I was wondering because I saw the Rangers play in the CL earlier this year and was wondering how they qualified for both the CL and UEFA.
I was not kidding about Fulham, I read an article this past week saying that they may get a UEFA bid. From the below article, it looks like they just recently announced that Man City got the bid.
