| You're a good enough player to know what causes a pull in a decent swing. IMO it's too quick on the takeaway, getting inside then having to get a little OTT on the downswing. I'd suggest slowing the takeaway down and keep the clubhead outside of the hands. You also might want to consider hitting 3W where you don't really need the driver on a few holes. No point in trying to bomb it out there just to gain a 9i in instead of an 8iron if the driver is not exactly on fire.
Also, good job in having the recognition of striking and OTT. I learned that a while ago. I can hit every club in the bag but a driver when I'm getting OTT. Short irons might actually be better when I'm OTT and timing is good. It's like russian roulette though, sooner or later I'm going to pull a shot so bad it's going to result in a triple.
