| Yup, you can go to events or email the coordinators and find out about monday qualifying, and on the chance you get supremely lucky and qualify, then play well, you can get exempt for another event and so forth.
Sorry if this sounds sarcastic/mean a bit, but you have no chance unless you can go to any course on any given day and shoot like -5 at least.
