| Look up tourney info stuff, and find an email of a tourney director and ask who you need to contact about monday qualifying. Find like the homepages for the tourneys your looking to play and find a couple of emails and send those out to find out the ppl you need to talk to, it's usually diff for every tourney.
Prices are anywhere, I wouldnt think it'd be any cheaper than a couple bills....
