| If you can still find them, the Nike TA2/SPN has a ridiculous amount of spin (more than any I have ever seen, and too much for me) and could be found for under $15. But they may be hard to find now. "Distance" Balls (or even "straight" balls) and spin do not usually go hand in hand, usually part of what makes it such is the lack of spin.
edit 1 - Maxfli Tour Revolution was a great one that rated high in spin, but probably just as hard to find. Used to have a link that listed them by category, but they changed to a pay site. Callaway HX Blue had a lot for a cheaper price.
