From the tips it's near 7,800 yards as I previously posted, and the slope is 143 from there.

I'll be playing TWO sets of tees forward from the tips, at 6,800+ and the slope from there is 131. I played Bethpage Black, but this course will probably surpass it in toughness. I played B Black a few years before the Open and it was extremely tough, but not quick Open tricked out yet.....

I would post a photo or two of Purgatory, but I do not want to tempt the golf gods in the least. With hole names such as "Hell's Half Acre" "The Centaur" and "Blinding Cloud of Smoke" well... would you tempt fate?
