| Very true about hyundai resale value...with my daughter getting bigger my g/f's tiburon is getting small really quick. We went to a Honda dealership to look at Civic's and figure out trade in value and they wanted to give us 10.5k for a 2006 tiburon with brand new tires, undercoating & rustproofing(which is HUGE to have on a used car up here in wisconsin), and the exteriror and interior in near showroom quality. We also just got the 30,000 mile maintanence done by the dealership...we bought the car a year and a half ago for 17k, which with a 23k stickerprice i thought was pretty good.
So in a year and a half, this car is worth less than HALF of its sticker price...
I told him i wouldn't let that car go for less than 12.5 and the offer they presented me on the civic was rediculous as well...so i walked...i missed his first phone call...if he wants to sell a car bad enough he will call back.
