Just right of the green on it last week!!
On two other holes I had 2 long iron shots right on the pin that landed at the back of the green and also rolled off...
(Who was that in here that said to hit enough club?)....
And to top it all off I couldn't chip or putt. I landed another drive just left of another short par 4 and it took 3 chips to get the damn ball on the green!!
My short game was on vacation. This is a little 9-hole muni in the middle of town that has two long (600 yardish) par 5's, two long (190ish) par 3's, two short par 4's (250ish) and the rest normal distance par 4's. I should shoot around 40-42 on this course but with all my crappy luck on pured iron shots rolling off the back, the spastic chipping and spastic putting shot 47.
Oh well.....
