| Generally, I'd say 30 putts is the line. If you're under that, you probably putted pretty well. 27-28 is great -- you're one-putting four or five greens a side. 32 is okay, 34 is bad/mediocre, 36+ you need to get your butt onto the practice green pronto and work on your 3 to 6 footers.
It really depends on the quality of your approach shots, though. Any day I hit 13 or 14 greens is bound to be a day where I have a load of putts.
