Anyone planned a golf outing?

I'm trying set one up and would like some advice. This is what I have so far. Hopefully someone could improve it and /or add to it.

I have a course and a few dates i'm looking at. They will provide hamburgers and hotdogs, chips etc. They are asking 30 bucks per person for 18 holes and a cart. Beers are 2,50, for $10 more per person they will sell for a 1.00 each. This is something that I'm putting on for work and not the company but I think I can get them to spring for the extra 10 bucks per. I think it's called a shotgun start. Thats where foursome start at different holes. We'll do that.

I guess some questions I have is:

Is that reasonable for a decent course?

It will probably be on a saturday, are mornings or afternoons best?

Should more be added to the event, door prizes etc?

Do I ask for more then $30 to cover price of said door prizes.

Thanks in advance
