What? He "didn't consider glasses an option"?!?!? What kind of B.S. is that?
Did Perry never see Tom Kite play on the PGA Tour? If Kite could win the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach in the howling wind with those Coke bottle glasses, please explain why Perry couldn't go to Lenscrafters and pick out some specs that would stay on his face.
I'm beginning to suspect that there is something more to Perry's avoidance of majors. And if I was Azinger, I would be seriously concerned about Perry's ability to hold up under the pressure of a big time event.
