| thanks for the replies - i haven't hit the X-con series, but love the Code-6 sooo much through impact. I think i'll just take the plunge and get the 8.5 head - and put one in at 45" untipped - to allow for some tipping down to 44.5" if it's a bit too soft / high.
Does the X-con series have the boron 'hinge' in it too?
