Good mid-range priced balls are hard to find. Try a sleeve of the Cally Diablos, $23.00 a dozen. Another option might be the Trispeed from Srixon, around $27.00.
A good shaft for you is really hard to suggest. The best thing you could do would be demo, but finding many with a X-stiff to demo could be difficult. The V2 is is good place to start, feels pretty boardy to me, but I'm not swinging 115 either,
