Nope, just think it is their way of saying if you hit it where the carts went, you deserve what you get. About the only other I have ever seen where they had carts in the sand was one that some of the folks from Orlando have played in Timacuan. It was the first time I had seen that and it freaked me out as I had assumed there was just an A-hole in front of us that drove into the sand and swore I was not going to help him out.
