I've now played every ball mentioned in these forums except the Nike One's and tour Bridgestones and won't play any Top Flights... Here's my own personal opinion on them, open to disagreement by anyone.

Best top dollar ball (between the Pro V-1 and Callaway HX Tour) was the Pro V-1. I hit some really long, nice drives with the Pro V-1 and it was a pure pleasure off my irons and on and around the green. The HX Tour is a super good ball but didn't stand out from the lower priced balls like the Pro V-1. Bottom line is I can do pretty good with some $25 balls also so won't be spending $40-45 a dozen for these.

Best ball for me (lower to mid priced) in this order:

Bridgestone E5 followed closely by the E6 - One fantastic ball for the money

Callaway HX Hot - long off the tee but not as good with the irons

Titleist NXT Tour - does everything really good but nothing exceptional

Pinnacle Exception - I can make this do in a pinch
