| Do PGA players have to pay an entry fee?
This came up at Easter dinner, strangely enough. I never really thought about it, but do the PGA tour players have to pay entry fees to play in the various tournaments? I understand that some players are exempt and what not, but what about the others? Is that where the purse comes from?
I just assumed they wouldn't be paying to enter and that they just got to play because...y'know, they're on the tour. |
