| Wow, I read that whole thing. It's definitely interesting and the price is so cheap I thought it had to be a misprint. I guess it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere? At a mere 1.5 million I'm sure I could come up with several dozen ideas that would make that back in 6months or less. Of course they would all take and additional 30-50 million invested.  Not sure I'd want to live there though.... like Dr. Evil or something, lol.
