WTB: Cheap 52* gap wedge

Looking for a reasonably priced gap wedge that you want to get rid of. Something like a used Cleveland 588, CG10, CG11, Nike SV, Adams Watson etc. PM me if you have something you want to get rid of . Looking to spend 40 shipped or less (that's what I picked up my CG11 PW for).

Thanks,

Joseph

The Adams om Watson Wedge Set is a wonderful set for the price. Its like $70 at Rock Bottom Golf or $90 at Edwin Watts for the three wedges, and they surely make a good job. Yes, off course you won't spin them like the Vokey's, but they surel make up for more than the $25 a piece you pay...

I was considering it but I already have a 56/60 from my Adams GT3 iron set. Are the Watson wedges better than wedges that come with iron sets?

I've got a Ben Hogan Colonial 52*. It's seen quite a bit of use(not abuse) and probably needs re-grooved to get any kind of spin. I'd let you have it for $40 shipped. Keep in mind it's pretty worn... not damaged or unplayable... but it's seen quite a few rounds. PM me if interested.

I would be almost sure of that. They are pretty good clubs in my opinion. With a very "spinny" ball like a One Platinum it rolls back as much as any other wedge though. The problem with used wedges in my opinion, is after playing them for some time you start losing a lot of spin due to the smoothness they seem to acquire. or $20 bucks a piece, and with a handicap over 15 you can have new ones every six months if you want....

Right now I'll mostly consider Cleveland CG11, Nike SV, Adams Watson or maybe try a Vokey (willing to pay more for that). If you're local in the Dallas area that's even better!

Found a Mizuno MP-T black nickel at my local PGA superstore also picked up the 07 Adams Watson for 14 bucks as a backup so I'm all set. Thanks to everyone that sent me offers.
