Re: Taylormade TP 4 Hybrid

JArmor, how does that club compare to the Burner TP hybrid?
I might be thinking on grabbing it...

Re: Taylormade TP 4 Hybrid

X, I had this club in the 19* loft, and it's excellent. I've hit the "tour burner" hybrids and I'd say I still like this a bit better. The 19* one I had was stupid long, and went out with a nice flat trajectory that carried miles. The shaft I had in there was stiffer than a frozen turd at a scary movie, so I occasionally had trouble hitting the ball high enough. This is a really, really good head design.

Just keep in mind; 21* is a 3-hybrid by MOST standards. My 4h is 23*, and most 4-irons are 23-24*. Maybe TM is ahead of the already ridiculous delofting curve. I dunno.
