6.3 Rifle Shafts

Does anyone here know where I might be able to lay my hands on 6.2 or 6.3 Rifle shafts >?

Would be prepared to take standard or Flighted Rifles - or indeed Project X if they have ever done them in that Frequency.

Would need them having not been cut, too.

Thanks,
A.

You can find some 6.0's and hard step them to play more like 6.3. That's easy enough.

You can buy a set of softer flex shafts, (6.0's) and tip them to accomodate your need for 6.3. You can also soft step clubs by lessening the amount of tip you cut and adding that to the butt end final length cut of a stiff flex.

If you need to tip a 6.0 Rifle 3 iron 2" from raw length, you would tip it 2.5" to hard step it. This eliminates tip section and increases the amount of butt section you have, making it play stiffer.

If you wanted it to play a bit softer (lets' say around 5.7), you'd tip less from the tip (say, 1.75") and then trim to final length from there.

There are many ways to customize feel. I just don't have a Tour Van following me around to do so.
