RIFE--Barbados lefty

SO, I picked up this putter a couple weeks ago. I played a round with the lighter weights and felt no control, I couldn't lag, it was simply too lite for me. I switched to the heavier weights, used the lie adjustment tool to straighten up the shaft a bit, and I've used during 2 more rounds recently. Thursday, I was nearly automatic from 2 1/2 to 6 feet. Just walked up over the ball, took no time, put it in the cup. I'd say I saved at least 4 strokes that day. Yesterday, I hit 3 or 4 from outside 12ft, one was about 22ft, and was dead center.

Its the most comfortable putter I've used in recent times, and probably the best balanced. If you don't believe in the groove technology rolling the ball better, shame on you. I can literally see the difference, I can feel the difference because I don't have to "hit" the ball as hard, its a much more fluid stroke. Easy to line up, def. a great purchase.

Chet

Well, I went back to my Ebay auction. . .the seller advertised the putter as a "Hybrid 2bar Barbados". . .So, I went on the website and looked. The website advertises it as "New for 2008" and its simply the 2-bar Hybrid with the blue insert. If you were to take away the "2bar" from this putter, it would look just like the Barbados.

Nevertheless, I really enjoy this putter. It has certainly cut strokes from my scores in just 3 rounds.
