Hey Ez, since you have the most amazing hoing abilities on this board, I am requesting your help.

I want you to find me:

Titleist 905S 9.5 V2 Stiff, or comparable shaft for under $150

Titliest 695CB, Cleveland CG2, or Mizuno MP-30's with stiff steel, for under $350

Also, a 3&5 wood, with either steel, or a boardy and heavy shaft.

Find these, and i'll send you something.

I thought the 905S was a 905R... come on, those are a dime a dozen, an R would be a slight challenge but I'd find it.

MP-30's no problem. 695's a taller order since they are much newer.

thanks ez, shaft is only 43 inches, what would i have to do to bring it up to playing length? Sorry, im club rebuilding retarded for now.

I think Ez should start with a bag of golf T's or something as his starting fund, and see what he can trade up to using that as his starting point on Ebay... give him maybe 6 months or a year to see what he can buy and sell up for.

Maybe Lyle could do a favor and give it a quick look or ask the seller. That shaft came from a Titleist head I believe by the tip prep and not sure what final length would be. 43" in a TM head would be over 45" when finished. If that shaft didn't have that much prep I would have snapped it up. It's over a $150 shaft easy. Keep an eye on that head though, you can put anything in there. If you get the head for around $60-$70 you have all the options in the world. I can find a ton of high-end shafts for under $80. I only paid $83 for that Rombax, new and uncut.

You can find the 60's used for around 350 now I think. The 30's are nice, but not nearly as forgiving as the 60's

I liked that shaft better in orange

Sweet shaft for sure.... PM stands for Prototype Model (now), the shaft was originally designed with a different PM in mind
