Ping G5 Irons/Driver/Woods

I have to say these are the best clubs I have ever owned. They are very forgiving and usually hit straight.

The great thing about PING's is that they fit the clubs to you and your hand size and everything. I am very happy with these clubs.

Oh, and new here. Thanks.

SHIP,

Welcome. We can use all the Ping "allys" we can get in here as we're in "Mizzie" territory!! Pings really are the best there is. Got mine last July and 2 weeks later got my first ace in 40 years. (Edit your "signature" and put your clubs in for all to see).

Allies?? We don't need no stinkin' allies!!! 1962, President Kennedy said "It's not what you can do for Ping! It's what Pings can do for your game!" Back a little farther, 1890's to be exact, President Teddy Roosevelt when asked about his golf game stated "Walk softly and carry a big bag full of Pings!" And, if you refer to the shortest verse in the Bible it is "Jesus wept!" If I remember correctly, that was in the context of him finding the moneychangers in the Temple selling evil clubs from the darkside like Mizzy's and Cobra's... not the God given gift of Pings! And, though not substantiated, it is assumed Fred Flintstone played Pings at the Bedrock Country Club. Pings were the only clubs that could hold up to the rocks left behind as the dinosaurs dragged their feet crossing the fairways.

Once retired, I do plan on accomplishing further research on the long and storied history of Pings and publishing that volume for all to read.

Correction, the shortest verse is not "Jesus wept".

It is Job 3:2

Look it up in the NIV to see what it says...

Son-in-law has had a G5 driver in his bag for almost a year. He loves it. He just added a G5 3-wood this past weekend. Played one round with it on Sunday. 18 is a fairly long par 5. Only the second time in his life he's been on the green in 2 with an eagle putt. The 2nd shot was with the new G5 3-wood. Listening to him (which I am forced to do due to my daughter's poor decision making, LOL), it will be in his bag for a long time.

Good luck at the demo day. And... welcome!!!
