Guy I played with yesterday had a R7 460 with a NV stiff. Hit every one over 300 and had one 363 yards. Never hit either shaft so can't say much else. Looks like some good advertisement for Titleist though. Like R35 would say it's good to see the pros winning with shafts that cost under $100.

Did you ever hit a Code, Altus, TP or any of those other Matrix shafts? I find it hard to believe they are worth what they sell them for.

Being Fourth on the $$ list (2.96 million) with one major and today's win, I'd say that he's playing the right flex for him .

Only tiger has more wins so far and he's tied with VJ and Phil. I'd say that's pretty tasty for a "short knocker".

A good pal of mine has a YS Pershing in a Rapture that he keeps asking me to try, says he is hitting it 20 yards further than his FT3 with NVS, and he was killing that thing... plus he says the pershing offers him way more control.

I'd love to try it, even if it is in a spiderweb driver

i LOVE my ys-6+. feel cant be beat, and it also offers tons of control. im going to either be picking up a head and pulling my ys-6+ from my 580xd, or just buying a 905 r/t with a ys-6+ in it. may try to find an r7460 with a ys-6+ as well.

Don't get rid of that R580XD until you're sure you have something better. I wasted alot of money before I found something better.

I've searched the GD website looking for launch information but couldn't find any, maybe you guys can help.

Is the YS 6 a low, mid or high launch shaft? Does mid kick point mean mid launch?
