King Par is an unknown quantity at this point
I'd get sized up.

I have a fast swing speed so I thought a stiff would serve me well but I switched to a regular and am getting a more straighter and farther shot.

If you don’t know your swing speed what club do you usually hit from 150 and 200 yards. Its not the most accurate way to determine what flex you should have but it might give some people on here an idea. Also what kind of tempo do you have is it smooth or is it quick.

i have a 105 mph swing speed but i wasnt very loose or warmed up when i got clocked.. i was actually very stiff at the time but only took 4 swings on the monitor and went 102, 103, 105, 105.. at the demo day i was at the ping rep said the stiff flex was fine for me but didn't have an x-stiff there for me to try.. he also recommended me going with a 45" as oppoised to 45 3/4".. as far as tempo.. my backswing is very smooth and slow.. then i just blow through the ball

sounds like stiff is the ticket... but keep in mind every manufacturer has a different stiff.. some, like graffaloy have much stiffer shafts in stiff, than a aldila NV...

You will be fine with a stiff. I have a 110 swing speed average and I played a stiff NV last year and it was just fine and I have a somewhat short backswing and a pretty quick tempo.
