Full length divider?

What is meant when they say a bag has a full length divider? does that mean that each club has it's own slot, like putting those plastic tubes in your bag?

Exactly right. Except almost all the bags from the last few years with "full length dividers" use sheets of nylon as the divider material rather than a plastic tube.

... and they go all the way to the bottom of the bag. Whether it be fabric or a harder material. Prevents the grips from getting caught up. There are some with separators that do not have full length dividers.

Also adds a little to the weight of the bag.

You can't go wrong with any of the OGIO Woode's models for a stand bag. Although they only have full length seperaters on most of the for the woods, and 3 slots for the irons. Works pretty well though, as you only have 3 irons in each pretty big slot.

Again, for Full length separators they are going to add weight and it may be a better fit with a Cart Bag as the stand bags with 14 separators are a little harder to come by.

I also have high regards for Sun Mountain, and they have some of the lighter bags on the market. My wife even owned one of theirs with 14 separators that remained fairly light.

So the ogio's with woode top have individual dividers for just the woods and then the other pockets share three clubs each with no full length divider? or do they all have indiviual full length divider slots for each club? Thanks.

Full length dividers only means that the dividers goes from top to bottom. You can have a 6 way divder with full length dividers and have zero individual club slots. You would need to look for a 14 or 15 way divider with full length dividers to ensure individual slots for all of your clubs.

Hope this helps,

ualtim

They usually come with full length dividers for the iron slots, but not within the iron slot. So you usually have those 3 irons or so separated from the others but not themselves. Check though, some of the lighter bags may be a little different, but I believe all the Woode bags are the same.
