Newest Driver Technology

It is pretty much agreed that driver "head" technology has about reached the maximum levels of MOI.

It also has been stated somewhere (Wishon?) that the next area to be improved would be in the shaft technology. This certainly appears to be coming true. Just look at some of the new offerings which appear to be very, very good...

Aggressive Golf, BB Solutions, Accuflex Creation, Diamana, Accra, Matrix Ozik, Gramman, Stutz, Aldila VS Proto and so many more.

Now if there was only some way to accurately compare these shafts...

There is...simply do shaft profiles of ewach shaft we get in...put them in a data base and when the times comes for a comparison, we pull the data of each (documenting the cpm activity at specific beam lengths) in order to determine how each beam length performs...this can tell you which has the more active tips, butt, mid section and to what degree.

heres a couple samples of shaft profiling we've done this past week or so:

You could always ho every driver head and shaft in existence to try them all out.

The problem is you have that info but can't be accessed by anyone else. Nothing is published similar to that. But now I know who to ask!!

Oh, and remember when I said the BB Solution (aka "Wundershaft") at under $90 bucks is exactly like the $399 Matrix?

Here's a profile of both...

Wishon has some of this info available at a cost...but we are in the process of making it an uploadable feature on our website...so all you'll have to do is select which shafts (from our list) to compare and a chart will auto generate.

In engineering terms, we'd call that "drop-in compatible"...

I don't have any clever occupational humor... but I like that graph. I'm suddenly in the market for a new driver shaft How's the launch angle on the Wundershaft?
