Epoxy cleaning tips.

It’s the biggest pain in the butt to clean out the old epoxy. Tonight on my buddy’s driver which was a big mess, I tried pulling the head without a shaft puller you guys are right it sucks. So I had a butt load of epoxy and graphite still in the housel, so I took a drill and tried to get most of it out and it took for ever. I would torch it a little and go back in with the drill and that seemed to work some. After I got out most of the big chunks out I took some small pieces of scotch pads and dipped them in acetone and used a smaller drill bit to finish it off. All in all it took over an hour to get it cleaned out. Their has to be some little tricks or tools out there to speed up this process, I like fixing and building my own clubs but I hate this part of it.

I know a shft puller would help but even with steel shafts I had a lot of epoxy left in the head.
