Pro Soft inserts and my wrist issue question

I have a chronically wonky left (lower, I'm a lefty) wrist/hand. It's an old hockey injury that did not heal properly. I have very little feeling in my pinky and only some in my ring finger. At times I get pain in the wrist. Only occasionally does it hurt too much to play.

As the weather gets cooler in the north it bothers me more. The question is, are these Pro Soft inserts something I should use? What do they do exactly? Is there a loss of feel with the reduced vibration?

As always, many thanks.

I have them in most of my clubs now (added at last regripping)
I like them - I don't think it,s a night and day difference, but in my opinion, they make my relatively cheap stepped shafts feel smoother like rifles and they make my rifles feel smoother like graphite butter...on good shots - on bad shots, I think there's enough feedback to know what you did wrong but it's not punishing
for the few cents they cost, i'll continue using them, but wouldn't cut a good grip off to add them

they're basically just a piece of foam that you stick into the shaft to absorb some vibration - no noticable change in swingweight or static weight
