Iron Shafts?

Which shafts should I throw into my j33bs? I kinda knew that the x100s were guna be wayyyy too much shaft for me, but my ego wanted a shot. Now that my ego has been tamed

I hit the x100s so low that i think I killed a few worms out there. Like so low that nothing longer than a 7i could hold a green (see my review thread for descrip. of my round).

Looking for something MUCH softer and much higher launch. Would the Rifle 6.0s I have in the closet be a good try? Should I just go back to S300s? Should I try a diff shaft?

Opinions by and large please, I have everything I need and the knowledge now to pull/reinstall shafts, so it shall be done. Most likely pulling the x100s by the end of the weekend to fund new shafts. Anyone interested in 3-pw x100s 1/2" over let me know. I did two pulls today and they were perfect, so they'll be in good shape when they leave.

I'll also mention, my misses, everything was either thin, blocked, or block fade, to even one or two slices (cut going about 10-15 yards over, the slice had to have done at least 50 yards off the centre line of the fw I was aiming down).

I have really been impressed with Project X 5.5s in my R7 TPs. So much so that my TP MBs are with my clubmaker right now being fitted with PX 5.5s. Nice trajectory and tighter pattern than DG S300 for me.

I couldn't handle dynalites, i have to have weight in my club. They'd be too light.

I have no clue if theyre flighted or regular? Its got a gold sticker saying FCM Rifle 6.0.

Im guna take a look at Rifle 5.5s or maybe even project Xs if the price tag allows. I've been told 6.0 plays a little stiffer than s300s and 5.5s are just below the stiffness of s300s. (for comparisons sake).

I don't know about 6.0's. Twofast put X100's in his Nike's and they actually feel better to me than 6.0's. I'd think about looking into stuff like BG, TC3's or NS1150's.
