Exclamation Speed Stik -Ladies

I found a swarm purchase called Speed Stik ladies

A brief description of the swarm:
The Speed Stik is an amazing golf training aid that will empower you to hit the ball farther by increasing the speed of your swing. FASTER=FARTHER. The faster you swing the club, the farther you will hit the ball. Each and every aspect of The Speed Stik was carefully designed to contribute to it`s primary goal, increased clubhead speed, which, in turn enables you to fulfill your ultimate goal - more distance.

Can anyone tell me if this is a reputable product and if the price is good. I looked around and everything looked good to me, but I would like some further input.

You can check it out by going to
The Speed Stik Golf Training Aid. Swing Faster! Hit Farther! Score Better!

Thanks

I won't even comment on what it sounds like to me. Does it require batteries?

I haven't tried the ladies version, but I have tried the men's one.

It certainly has merit to it. If you are currently doing nothing for your golf swing, it will help build strength in your swing because it's pretty heavy. But if you are training with it slowly, you may be building your slow-twitch golf muscle fibers. So it's important to train as fast as you can with it. The danger of this is injury, of course...so make sure you are warmed up first.

Personally, I don't use it. It's too long for me and the handle is too thick.
