Presentation at local College

Next week is my 4'th time going to Durham College here in Oshawa and doing a presentation to the first year Golf students.
Were going to cover some basics of repair and fittings.

I am handing out the Wishon April E-tech report to help with the advancement of True Length Technology TM as the young students of the game need exposure to the real world of fitting. Also included is a package that Tom sent me on MOI (thanks Tom - that's a great read by the way) and fitting in general. The TLT paper will also be given to the second and third year students. I'm going to give Tom's slide show to her as well hoping she will incorporate that into the 2'nd and 3'rd year. Now that's keeping up with whats new in the world of golf.

I already have some of the kids playing True Length Technology TM and their comments back are always positive. PS, I am currently working on TLT charts for children as the fits I see on these kids is outrageous, so to my Registered users - this is coming in the future.

I'm posting this because its a great way to get exposure to the young upcoming players and many of you guys should be looking to do similar things at your local schools. If we can get these guys and girls to understand TLT and MOI and their benefits and start playing to our fits then we got a shot at 'spreading the word'.

Do some of you guys currently do this and what has worked best for you? PS, I'm out of the 12 myths books, but on my next order I am getting enough to give to the class in the future.

Suggestions or thoughts

I have a couple of thoughts....
first - I wish I took a golf class in college
second - I'd be interested in seeing your slides for the presentation - I know you've put TLT out there in the form of white papers and such, but the slides on clubfitting basics and club repair could almost be posted as a "frequently asked questions" on the equipment board
3rd - my daughter is only 4 months old, so it's a little early to have her fit, but I'm interested to see how this works for kids

The presentation will mainly be in the form of verbal. I have given the instructer Tom's MOI and Fitting presentations which are a slide show, but I wouldn't feel right posting them as they are not my property.
As far as True Length Technology TM goes - and fitting for the kids, this is simply the next stage of the TLT Clubmakers package.

Once it is fully developed and tested all of my Registered Clubmakers will get posession of it.

The problem with standard Childrens charts is simply the same as the problem with adult charts - The 1/2 inch increment is simply put - wrong. They struggle with the differences more than we do - due to strength issues. So if we can get kids 'fit' then they will enjoy the game far more and will be better players.
