Ok so can I re-grip a putter with no double sided tape or using Double-sided scotch tape? Because I lost the strips I had and cant find em anywhere.

It would not be a good idea. Just go to your local course and pick up some tape from your Pro.

you can grip a putter without tape - many of us use an air compressor to blow grips on. you can use build up tape or masking tape in a pinch to increase the width a bit

do a search for "gripping with air" lyle even posted a video at one point

Well I tried to grip it with double sided scotch tape with some masking tape underneath because it is thinner than the stuff I usually use. By the first glance it looks to have turned out fairly well, no trouble getting it on or anything. We will see how it does tomorrow.

I just regripped an old Dunlop Wicked putter. I blacked out all the lettering and put a Black Multi-Comp GP grip on it with a red cap. Looks pretty good right now. Just wanted a putter for the winter and I have had thos one for like 3 years and it was sitting in a garage sale bag but never sold. We will see how it does tomorrow.
